To me it sounds like some BtoB members were inspired in some way because of Apink perform while Apink were inspired in some way be seeing Beast perform? Not positive as to the nature of the inspiration. And the Cube part is because all have connections to cube, BtoB and Beast were under Cube and Apink were under IST, which started off as a independent branch of Cube.

Beast and Apink got their start under the same company, Cube Entertainment. When Cube Entertainment split in to two companies, Beast remained with Cube and Apink was put in Plan A Entertainment. In 2016 Beast (Highlight) left Cube and started their own Company but managed to remain a group even though they had to change their name to Highlight because the assholes at Cube already had it copyrighted and trademarked. This gave Apink the courage to do the same in 2022. Although I think Apink left IST with IST's blessing Beast had to fight Cube Entertainment for everything. Not many groups leave their first company and can remain together. Apink and Beast also have a history of performing together both musically and in variety content as well.

Sorry, I fell down the Beast rabbit hole and misread some stuff. The connection to BTOB is strong in that both Apink and BTOB came from Cube. Performances between Apink and BTOB are amazing. They have always had huge charisma together.

Yes, Jung Eunji stayed with IST, Chorong, Bomi, Hayoung and Namjoo went to a Choi Labs. That said, despite mine and many peoples fears of it just being a show until people stop being upset, all five of them make content together regularly. There is also a rumor they are currently working on an album.
