ngl no idea all I know is they won and I'm happyok can someone with a law degree explain in plain English? lol (read: I hate reading legalese lol) like, what even was this lawsuit in the first place?
so happy they won, though! not everybody is successful at winning lawsuits - in fact, Why Don't We broke up after losing their legal battle. I'm really glad that BTS didn't have to have the same fate.
hence the "someone with a law degree" lol ik there are people like that on here, bc I've had legal docs explained to me on KPS in the past.ngl no idea all I know is they won and I'm happy
@Going_Under or at least law students lolhence the "someone with a law degree" lol ik there are people like that on here, bc I've had legal docs explained to me on KPS in the past.
BAHAHAHA@Going_Under I just dug a little deeper bc no patience lol and apparently, they were being sued over an unreleased demo also called Swim.they won by default bc the loser failed to provide any evidence. like, wow... how low can a chick get for suing the biggest group in K-pop over AN UNRELEASED DEMO??? just what does she think they did - sneak into her studio while she was recording??? no, they're not like that at all. A clout seeker is what she is - CLOUT SEEKER! and even if her allegations were legit, messing with BTS (and ARMY) is like messing with Texas... don't. *drops mic*
and yes, this did take a while to type. lol
