Can anyone help me with Crunchyroll? (1 Viewer)

I used the free trial on my account a while back and decided not to upgrade it in the end because at the time, I wasn't using the site a lot but I've recently started to use it again and want to upgrade. The only problem is that they won't let you join Premium without the free trial and it'll only allow you one trial per payment method so I basically can't use my card to pay...

Maybe you should contact them and explain the problem and they might be able to help: https://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact

Thanks, I looked on the forums and apparently someone else had the same problem and couldn't get it fixed 😭

They ended up getting told to start a new account but I'm having trouble with that too because all of my passwords are saved to me laptop and I don't wanna delete them in case making the second account doesn't work out either... I feel like I'm just gonna be doomed to watching ads for the rest of my life! 😭

Just create a new account and use a simple password that you don't have to store!
