Can I create a group thread/appreciation thread? (1 Viewer)

I have a favorite 3rd generation group I'm highly fond of right now. When I checked the page with all group threads listed alphabetically I saw all but one, FIESTAR. I do acknowledge that there's thousands of groups out there and if there's a specific person designated to making the threads they may have not known of them or they slipped their mind. If there isn't and any user can just start the thread, can I start a group thread for FIESTAR?

Yep! Some users create threads but don't have any info in the original post right away, and that's completely fine!
