Well, you have to hit certain milestone requirements. It cannot be given to you by members.
But, again, I'm not a Moderator so I don't know if it others can give it to you or if a Moderator has to broker it between you and another member.

I don't know if you already have seen the full Award [ points and also known as Trophies ] progress list in your profile,

Some of them are attainable by yourself such as the Following section if you scroll down.

So it is a brokering type of method. And, I apologize. You can get any of the Trophies [ points / awards ] by yourself in the list. It's just a matter of time.

Unfortunately, the points do not have explanations or descriptions so that all members can clearly understand when exactly they will be able to get them.
