cuz like all these US cities have North, East, South, and West components (like East St. Louis), right? Well, what are some places where those other ones are better known than the original? All I can think of is West Jordan, Utah. lol (I hope I'm making sense, it's kinda late for me rn)

There's no "Lake Tahoe" city. It's just the body of water.
