Ah no, personally i don't see the point in fasting so i try to avoid it. I'm just forgetful and lazy what comes to food. And i haven't tried intentionally fasting cause accidentantly it haven't felt nice.

Sometimes I forget to eat, but then will do. The only times I've really fasted are before having surgery (had numerous of them) when you're told to do so.

ive never fasted for personal dietary reasons but yea i can fast during ramadan, easily
