okay so first off, the two classes i have missing assignments for aren't accepting anything anymore, so grades are final.
my school has this thing called a flex period where you can sign up for any club you want and it can change everyday. Some teachers offer remediation as an option or they'll automatically sign you up for it and you can't get out of it.
there's a remediation class called mash that's held in the cafeteria and it's basically for people who have multiple classes to make up for.
Yesterday was my first week free in about 3 weeks. Since quarter 3 is over now, i could finally go where I wanted to. Anyways, I signed up for the rest of the week and today I went to a dominos club. My name ended up not being on the role and I got away with her figuring out what happened for the first 15 minutes until she made me check my schedule and believe it or not, they changed my flex to mash.....how can i turn in assignments that aren't going to help my grade at all anymore?
anyways, the only good thing i got out of that was that my dad had come to buy his lunch (bc he's weird and wants to pay for a meal that is not at all worth 5 dollars) and he was eating at one of the tables, so i went over to him and kinda stole some of his food (a piece of chicken and a sweet potato fry) and went to my next class. before you say anything.....i have my reasons....second lunch doesn't start until 1:37 while first lunch starts at 12:09 so we have have to wait an hour and a half just to eat lunch and the cafeteria workers tend to leave out food so it's often cold when second lunch gets to it....and i was really hungry T^T

My guess is they saw you were missing assignments in 2 classes and didn't think to check if the assignments were able to be turned in, and therefore put you in by default.
