I totally 100% have not been forgetting to do my exercises basically every single day. Can’t wait to show off all the muscle and balance I have not gained or improved at all at, and have more likely gotten worse at if anything Fun times

on the bright side, its the therapiest job to do that stuff, also to make us feel really bad about not doing the exercises, but they will not be really mad at you, so don't be too worried

I wasn't that diligent before when at home but still did them fairly often. It's just so easy to forget when on vacation, and now I'm out of practice I actually have a couple days though, I cant read ig and mistaked Tuesday for Thursday. Not that thats a ton of time but better than nothing.

thats super great though! Its always the best feeling when we make mistake likes that and get a second chance to fix everything! Now you just need to exercise a bit more
