Does this app have a browser ver?

I do believe that the browser version of Lark may have less features than the desktop app or mobile, but we haven’t had anyone say it’s not sufficient for usage on any team I don’t think. And If some features aren’t available because of that, I’m sure there’ll be a workaround that works for everyone

The reason why this most like won’t happen, it’s a way for someone to farm cards.

how different is it from now where people can do dailies and trade/ give the cards to their friends

like right now I can do my dailies and just give said card to whoever I wanted

why is that dirty?
you can literally do that now

you can ask your friend to do their dailies and ask them to give you their card lol

the only thing my method does is to change the fact that instead of getting a card you get the right to a card

That would be really unfair with users who work hard to get their dailies (and they don’t have a friend who gifts them cards).

again one still has to do their dailies - the person who gets the right to a card still has to comply with all the requirements necessary to get a card

I think there is a big difference between trading or giving some cards to users who also work hard to get their dailies and massively gift them to 1 or 2 users who basically did nothing for these cards, but will be in advantage compared to other users.
You want to do your dailies to get cards for others.
No matter how you look at it, it's still unfair.

You could but will you? It’s more work for you. It also means that right now if you do it, you could get cards they already have, so that’s fewer cards to give them. With the proposed method they always get a card they don’t have, which ends up being many more cards for them. 2 extra cards a day doesn’t seem crazy at first, but getting 60 extra cards a month is. And this especially gets to be a lot once they finish commons and can only get rares and limiteds, or finish rares and get to limiteds, because they’ll be getting double of those despite the fact that you wouldn’t be earning just rares and limiteds if you did the dailies for yourself. We won’t stop you if you earn them and trade them away, but that’s a pretty different and less op thing. And we also don’t want users who may have less friends to get discouraged that they earn fewer cards than others while doing the same work as others

but that's the thing they can still do their dailies too - I'm not doing their dailies for them

scenario 1 - current system
Person 1 - can do dailies or not do them - if they do they can obtain a card - if they don't they can't
Person 2 - can do dailies or not do them - if they do they can obtain a card and what they choose to do with said card is their business no?

scenario 2 - right to card system
Person 1 - can do dailies or not do them - if they do they can obtain a card - if they don't they can't
Person 2 - can do dailies or not do them - if they do they can obtain the "rights to a card" which they can redeem themselves or gift it to another person which grants another person a card

under both systems the end result is the same except for me selfie - I never have a card under my name lol

Yup, you dont get a card u already have Technically you could give it to someone who doesnt own that card yetbut I dont think CT would let this be

Yes, they can only own one copy of each card

If someone wants to do them we wouldn’t stop them unless it gets out of hand in some way. It’s their card and they can do what they want with it. It only becomes so unfair if the card is immediately drawn for a user with the stipulations of being a card the other user definitely doesn’t have, and without the extra work the other user puts in to set up the trades. And realistically, if a user does this by getting the card themselves and trading it, they won’t be able to help a specific user for long because the chances of them drawing cards that user specifically needs will be minuscule, given that the gifting user will likely have much fewer cards, and after the receiver passes commons, impossible until a new common batch comes out.
