Penguin awareness day is to spread awareness about the trouble with African penguins--not only African penguins, but Emperor penguins too!
World Penguin's day is a celebration of when a certain type of penguin's migration was documented at this particular day (i forgot which type of penguin and which documenter did it but whatever)

World Penguin's Day = celebrate their migration and thriving
Penguin Awareness Day = shine light on the troubles penguins face day to day. A fear to fathom...
