Zarthosht No Diso is a Zoroastrian holiday remembering the death of the Prophet Zarathushtra, considered to be the founder of the Zoroastrian religion. His definitive cause of death has been lost to history, with some believing he may have been assasinated, while others believe he died peacefully. The day is viewed a day of reflection. People commonly go to temple and discuss his teachings on this day. This day can have different names and can fall on different days of the Gregorian calendar depending on which version of the Zoroastrian calendar you use. With the seasonal calendar, it usually falls on or around December 26th on the Gregorian calendar.
