No holds means no reservations, where I keep the card, but it's effectively yours until you can trade. And no debts, means no giving a card on the understanding that you'd find something else someday as an IOU.

I used to hold cards for people, but then they'd forget or I'd be offline for a while, so I stopped doing it. It made cards less fun, and I'd rather not, even if it means less trades.
