People just can’t resist these feisty, extremely sassy and often nosey mini dinosaurs.
When we got our first clutch of chicks we were the only ones in our neighborhood who had chickens. Slowly over the years so many of our neighbors on our street have gotten chickens and I am very proud to see the spread of these pets around the block.
Our neighbor next to us just got a young rooster and two hens and they’re so cute. Also I love to hear a young rooster trying to perfect his mighty crow If you’ve never heard it you’re missing out on one of the funniest/cutest things.
Conclusion: get a mini chicken flock (but also on a serious note please do your research before doing so because even if they’re “just” chickens they do need proper care and they cost a lot more than people think, shelter, food, vet care, bedding, supplements, etc...)
On that note, here’s a something that I thought was funny
