Today my gf tried to clean my ears with the little spoon thingy that has a camera. It was so painful that we had to stop. I think I need to get it professionally cleaned.

What is that? Is it the weird metal looped thing that doctors use sometimes?
Also, those things are SUPER painful. It's not much better when professionals do it from what I remember.
Sorry this is TMI but I have so many ear problems and constantly need them cleaned I don't know WHY my ears accumulate so much ear wax but they do and quickly.
