ok this my personal opinion
please state yours below...
I did a couple of company's im not sure as well just cause i can

Bighit
Current Groups: TXT BTS
Need: 1 boy group
Why: They need to focus on building there artists as txt is only 10% of there income atm
When: Jul-Nov 2020

SM:
Current Groups: NCT RV EXO SJ 5HINEE SUPERM GG Wayv
Need: New girl group, and new nct unit
Why: Red velevet is now classed as a older girl group so they need to give them a younger sister group
nct need to really push there concept sm is shy with this as it didnt work the last 2 times and it working with nct
When: Both soon as possible tbh

YG:
Current groups: Blackpink Big Bang? Ikon Winner treasure13
Need: hm... BG and GG
why: Yg just need to put 2 new groups out there what arent connected to the old YG they need to put new faces on the company
when: now would be good.. xD

Need: nothing
Why: straykids and itzy are still brand new same with boystory tbh give it too 2021 at least

Need: boy group
why: they need to stick to boy groups until they sort there management out but seventeen oldest members is 24 so pledis needs to push a new boy group soon as the members dont have a solo focus at all and all the members are very close to the same ages so they will mostly go into military at same time [svt ages 24 - 20]
when : soon as possible

Bighit - I don't think they need a new boy group, TXT only just debuted and they have a lot of catching up to do to get anywhere near BTS.

SM - They definitely need a new girl group since Red Velvet is gonna be going onto their 7th year in 2020. As for a new NCT group well it'd depend on where as the place they need pushing is Korea but there's already 2 NCT units there and I don't think they should keep piling on units in 1 place.

YG - They definitely need a new boy group as their current ones didn't quite catch on as a whole as for Blackpink I think they'd be good for 2021 then that'd be time for a new girl group. Now whether YG should debut any more groups is another question.

JYP - They definitely don't need anything except to work on getting Stray Kids and Itzy more established especially Stray Kids.

Pledis - They definitely need something for their brand and girl groups clearly aren't there thing so it'd have to be another boy group but again whether they should debut any more groups is another question.

Cube - Pentagon only debuted in 2016 so they could probably get away until 2021 as well but they already got a boy group planned it seems.

Starship - Could do with both as Monsta X will be going onto their 6th year and Cosmic Girls their 5th obviously prioritising a new boy group.

Woolim - They just debuted a girl group

Stone - I don't think they need new groups since 3 years is not old but they should start thinking about a new group although they might need a new girl group depending on how Fromis comes out of this Mnet scandal.

SM should debut new girl group, ofc they shouldn't abandon Red Velvet, but they kinda need another group like SNSD. I feel lke JYP really one-upped them with Twice. Instead of another national girl group full of visuals SM ended up doing another f(x) like group with experiemental sound. Which is what I prefer, but not everyone. So SM needs to make another cute group with striking visuals and figure out how they are going to get that market back to them.

YG.. i think they are in such big mess still with all their artists. They can't debut anyone like now, they might not even have proper funds for such investment, I mean here YG quality debut must be expensive af. And they might not get instant success at least to level of their top artists. Instead they need really use their existing artist, stop being lazy about comebacks and such and just convince their artist to stay within company in the first place before they loss everyone.

YG needs to give BP more activities and not just modeling and concerts. Concerts are what they need to convince Big Bang to do if they choose to stay in the company, just keep their activities more fan focused. And have Blackpink do comebacks and more public stuff, bring that YG image back with them. Same with Winner, push them to public more. They also need to regroup Ikon and their fandom. Convince AKMU to stay and push them to public too, comebacks and shows. And Lee Hi as well. They are so messy with their artist, that adding more is going to just be more messy.

JYP doesn't need new additions in terms of groups, but they could debut solo artist or someone from existing group as solo artist. They just lost Sunmi so they are really missing on solos right now.

Even though TXT getting eclipsed by BTS is a sad, I think piling on groups is not the answer since then Big Hit would have 2 rookies to promote and you wouldn't want to fall into the trap of making one of them feel like a side group unless you intentionally promote one as a side group.

Depends when he enlists though like if he enlists at the start then you could build for the new boy group towards the end but if it's in an awkward spot then it's a little harder to get a good build.

thing with pledis is that they can't focus on more than one group for some reason.

I still stand by the fact that most companies need to focus on the current groups. They just recently debuted a group so why should they rush another one? Only SM should finally debut their new gg since that has been in the works for years.

If YG debuts a new GG it’s the clownery of the year. TxT only had one comeback and their fanbase is already increasing. BigHit don’t need a new BG but it’s good that they are preparing a new GG with Source Music.

bighit does not need a new group. TXT has potential they just haven't been properly formed yet. At the moment they don't do girl groups, and as long as BTS is active they are good. Even when BTS enlists, they will have TXT.

As for SM, personally, I think SM should ditch the NCT concept and just make groups of existing members. EXO is nearing their disband (probably 3 more years, max) and they really ought to be replaced.
GG situation is okay in SM, Red Velvet is what f(x) used to be 2009-2014, group full of experiments, sometimes it works, sometimes it flops. I hear SM is debuting a new GG next year. If they do, RV will live up to the similar destiny of f(x). I do want another SNSD comeback, though, so we can seal the deal with nation's girl group as well. Now, OT8 is not a thing, so I guess Oh!GG will suffice.

YG will not clear its name with new groups. YG groups have nothing to do with the image that Papa YG has left on the company. Furthermore, there are enough artists in YG, and even though BLACKPINK is carrying all the weight, they don't need another gg, just yet. WINNER is pretty much old story, and if, and only if BIGBANG does not renew, they should form that Treasure group.

Pledis does not need a boy group. If anything they need a girl group. Why? SEVENTEEN will work out well even with the enlistments, since there's too many of them they will be able to make comebacks even with members missing. There is a huge timespan for enlistment due and if done right, 2 by 2 can go to the military without hurting the group. Furthermore, SEVENTEEN's variety of skills really makes them a stannable group for many, and given that they can cover pretty much any genre they want, they are sufficient to Pledis.
Now, I would LOVE to see a new girl group from Pledis. PRISTIN V concept, but 4 or 5 members.

Again, Cube needs nothing. With many groups active, Highlight still being super relevant, BtoB being constant with releases and PENTAGON's extreme talent, we can't ditch them for a fresh face. PENTAGON is relatively new, and they really do have the potential to grow to the level of their seniors.

Starship needs Wonho back and they are all set.

Woolim is also covered, they just need to give INFINITE a bomb-ass comeback.

Stone Music is pretty much reserved for PD groups, but now that that is the thing of past, I guess new survival show will have their groups hosted by Stone Music. As for their current status, if X1 and IZ*ONE disband before time, yes, they need to do something. fromis_9 and IN2IT are still fresh and have a lot going for them. Group should not be "replaced" after 3 years just because they are old.

You can enlist anywhere between 18 and 35. They are good.
