Gotta love when you make food but not enough so you have to make it twice

I made butter chicken for dinner and had enough to feed my mom and I plus save her a portion for lunch. But I wanted seconds and portion for lunch. So I had to remake it all over again

Always measure correctly for the amount of portions you want​
