Hello dear forum peepz,

So as you may or may have read/heard; there are some false claims circulating that this site contains malware.
Several of our users have tried contradict these false claims by posting proofs.
Sadly, those proofs got censored for some reason but the false claims are still up, thus possibly hurting the reputation of our site.

Those rumors are untrue so we wanted to address our users: fear not, the site is clean as proven via malware scans:

Hello guys, i would like to add this, we were listed as having a blacklisted domain from cdn.discordapp.com on Quttera only, i have contacted them & removed the discord reference from our site & had them did a rescan, you can scan on your own through FREE Online Website Malware Scanner | Website Security Monitoring & Malware Removal | Quttera & compare from our results above. You can also scan any websites you wish or any other forums to see if they are safe.

Thanks for clearing that up and looking into it, I was certain it'd be some kind of error anyways since the site don't even have ads and annoying pop-ups.

Thank you, we dont plan to place ads on the website, looking into making the site a user friendly community, if we do decide to place ads in the future to sustain our forum costs, we'll find a more detailed ad publisher that we can control what kind of ads get displayed in the website.

I don't know why that rumor was started in the first place because I have only had one person I know have an issue with the website but it had nothing to do with viruses.

For some reason it is showing this for me but it just looks like a false positive since it just is the banner jpg.

Same as Yseki with the banner showing up as malware, maybe that was causing a misunderstanding. If not then some people just need to get a life.

I have removed the link in question, we are hosting it directly on our server now, the problem with discord although it is a great application, in certain discord servers among thousands of them, some are being used to host malware disguised as programs, that is why it is blacklisted by certain engines. I'll remind the staff not to use image links from discord directly.

Thanks for clearing this up! I was so surprised when the person claimed this forum had a malware and then others agreed... I have never experienced any type of malware or virus issue here at all. Even the malware software on my laptop deems this site "safe". People say anything and everything without thinking about the consequences of their words.
