My top 2 are:

Caramel Oreo Frappe from McDonalds (Caramel frappe, crushed Oreos *it depends if that particular McDonalds has crushed Oreos for frappes*, extra caramel drizzle, and 1 shot of espressos)

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Frappuccino from Starbucks (standard Strawberry Crème Frappuccino. Mocha Sauce, and Mocha Drizzle)
