I'll become the sacrifice and ask this annoying question.... Are you ready for a new decade? How do you feel about it? Wishes, plans, decisions??? ~~~

The last few years of my youth, ah what a stupid time... I am not feeling much good, I guess I've really lost faith though I try to build something up.. I wish for a simple and peaceful life, a decent life of a decent person... There's much to change and better on my inside and outside.. Will I be able to do it? Mm..... :((

I want to be happy

I'm mostly anxious. I should be leaving student life- finally, but getting a job.. more than temp one, doesn't seem like easiest thing. Especially in my study field and since I spent all this time in uni it'd be kinda nice to get job of it's level. I'd like to be hopeful, but I don't want to be too disappointed either if everything doesn't work out that soon. I hope i get clarity of my way during it.

I don't think I'm ready at all. I'm scared of what's to come and what to do with my future. I used to have a good idea of what I wanted to be and I have a direction that I think I'm going to go in but I can't help but think 'What If?'. What if I don't choose the right subjects? What if I don't end up enjoying them? What if I realise half way through that this isn't what I want to do?

Next year is such an important year for me and the pressure is really weighing me down.

I had fun confusing my eldest daughter about how she'll be living in her 3rd decade next month...


She understands that a decade is 10 years and she was like "But I'm only 10. How is that 3 decades?". So I explained to her that she was born in 2009 therefore this will be the 3rd decade that she's lived in lol


I'm also looking forward to my Dad jokes of "I'll see you in the next decade" and "IT'S BEEN SO LONG!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THE LAST TIME I SAW YOU WAS IN THE LAST DECADE!"

this upcoming decade will be vital to the way life goes for me. if all goes to plan i will graduate highschool and graduate college. i'm very hopeful for life after high school.

I’m really nervous and scared because it’s going to be a decade of probably some of the biggest decisions of my life, but I’m also excited to try and figure out exactly where I want to go with my life.

The new decade around the corner doesn't mean anything to me, the fact that it's been a decade since Gee is what messes me up

to me there is not much to be "ready" for because the fact that it's a new decade doesn't matter to me at all. neither does the fact that it's a new year, time passes with each moment so i stopped caring about it. with that being said, i obviously hope it's a good year. i don't have any specific goals tho
