at this point i really hope people stop defending this company just because they said they cared for their artists' mental health, now that we see what it really looks like. i hope every other trainee who had a similar experience with this awful therapist is doing better now because this is f*cked up to say the least.

I’m not surprised... company’s push this “if your not getting something then your not trying hard enough” on their trainees because it encourages “competition”. Doesn’t matter if it affects their trainees mentally, as long as they get their final product they don’t care how it’s done.
