Declaration of Intentions (1 Viewer)

Greetings everyone

As I visit this forum daily, it's easy to become lost in the mundanity of things. In order to get over this, I've constantly made goals for myself so that I'm always working towards something. In this first half of the year, I've accomplished a few of those goals-

Cards
Last December I finished Korean deck 3 and then made it my mission to finish all Korean decks. At this time, I had about 300 rares total which gave me a lot of reroll potential to work with for my following goals.
Finished deck 2 around February/March
Finished deck 1 which completed all Korean commons in mid-May
Currently working on: Completing Korean rares. This is going to take probably a year, so I don't really mind the setbacks that come with it.

Posts
I passed Yachii in posts this year, maybe four-five months ago? I think this is one of those things that's bittersweet, because for so long Yachii has been a beacon on this forum that should always be remembered. I hope he's okay, wherever he is, because even as I grow in posts and look at the leaderboard for most messages, I always think of him and wish he's doing well and that he's happy. Yachii has not been to the forum since August 2023 and I hope that his legacy is one that will be remembered for a long time, even if he no longer returns. He truly was the most dedicated user. Legends never die.

KS Coins
@kimsguardian this is where my twin comes in 8-) kims you've been the richest user for so long on the forum I decided I wanted to pass you in KS coins, but I wasn't actively making moves (posts) toward it until I hit the 300k mark about 3x (got robbed when i decided to yeet some badges, then gave loans to people). I think it was sometime earlier this month when it happened, and I hope we can continue to grow and shrink that gap between us 8-) (if anyone gives out loans that's cheating!!). You inspired me a lot with your activity last year and I had a lot of fun. Quoting Technoblade, "I understand now that it is only with a worthy rival that one can reach their fullest potential."

Road Blocks
This year has been my busiest with outside distractions. At the end of December last year, I made a split-second decision to go back to college after just getting my Associate's degree. I'm now in a program that crams about 2 years worth of material into 10-months - it's very difficult, cut-throat, and I have many frustrations. This takes up much of my time and patience now, along with having to work alongside it to pay for life's necessities. I keep trying to think of what I want out of my life, what I will do in the future, what can I do to achieve my life goal - happiness? It's been 24 years now and though I'm still nowhere near achieving this goal, some days when I'm on this forum I get glimpses of it. I'm very thankful for the community we have here to be able to provide that.

What's Next?
My goal for this year is a simple one - I want to reach 100k total posts. This month might be my most active for the rest of the year as I will have less free time starting from next week until the end of the year, so I'm relieved I'm at the 85k mark currently. No matter what happens, time will pass anyway - it's better to try and do something than to be held hostage by your doubts

Thank you to all my friends on the forum. I would not have accomplished my goals or gotten to this point without the community we have here.
