I stanned bts and then unstanned within 5 months because i did not like theyre new music
then my ult was stray kids ( about 5 months ?)
then i did not unstan but unult
then my ult was enhypen ( about 7 months ?)
then i did not unstan but unult ... was close to unstanning bc i did not like pass the mic 😞
then my ult was txt ( about 6 ish 5 months ?)
then i did not unstan but unult
now my ult is treasure and will be

SNSD was the first K-pop group that I was a fan of and I have unstanned them. Not because of anything bad though... I just stopped keeping up with their activities as I got interested in RV. SNSD's older songs make me feel nostalgic sometimes. They really set the standard for GGs imo and seeing how big they were at their prime was amazing.

ok that is quite the fluctuation, I would not bet on Treasure

I haven’t unstanned, but I’m definitely more of a casual fan of BTS since late 2019. I still love and appreciate them (especially namjoon) and try to keep up with them as much as I can, but it can get overwhelming at times. I’m more dedicated to spending time on some girl groups that I love atm.

I don't "stan" so much as "listen consistently," so:

Red Velvet -- nope
BTS -- focused listening, as in favorites occasionally
Twice - nope

My 2nd Gen groups, I am down to occasional listener

I don't follow groups to stan level, so -shrugs-

i dont really have long term ults. I've never really had that much attachment to a group or an idol in particular, other than son gain who I've not really seen in a while.

so in a way I do. whichever group I am very attached atm I would count as my ult, and once I stop really being into them and following them, I would say I like them but do not ult them. for example, I was very much a got7 stan and continued being one a little after they disbanded, but once I stopped taking as much of an interest in following their solo activities they stopped being my ult.

i usually go through a period of time where I'm floating around different groups until another catches my attention (currently ateez) so i would say yes I've unstained a lot

Probably. When I unstanned Dreamcatcher, my ult group was already PassCode; but oddly enough JiU was still my ult bias. Unstanning them was probably the most painful thing I have done; but the disappointment was just too big. I was depressed for months having nightmares. The thing is that I was dreading the time when they might change sounds for their title songs. I saw it coming; but liked to think it may never happen. When it happened..... well, I already told how it was.

I never knew they changed their sound this drastically which song was that? I kinda doubt you liked their old sound when they did happy songs

Your experience sounds very extreme though, sorry that happend to you!
