And if you did, were there any certain jumping rope games that you did? inspired by @Tickita 's thread about clapping games.

I used to jump rope with my friends during recessions. Later we switched to basketball but jumping rope was fun for a while too.

The simplest game was to just to see how many people we could add jumping before someone messed it up. But we also had stuff like "marriage games", where depending what number u end up would determine if you what kind of house you lived as adult, how many kids you got, what kind of husband u got etc.

I did jump rope. I never really knew how to double dutch; I only ever got it right twice in my life

yes I did, the double jump, the jump on one leg, we usually tried to do as many jumps as we could or as fast as we could. we also did "the egg" when you had to cross the ropes under your legs.
