It got that nickname because of its thin shoelace like body and its unique head shape and slitty eyes makes it look like its always judging you we also have a popular meme with it

I also saw this one just days ago it gave me a heart attack I saw its body and tail along a branch and for 10 seconds my eyes followed its body trying to spot the head and then I realised it was staring right at me I ran back

then I went later to take pictures and it had changed positions, its head out and looking elsewhere, I took my pics and then while I was staring, it suddenly turned to stare right at me, I squawked and ran back into the house
