I was feeling nostalgic and remembered how I did talent shows in elementary with my class each grade. It was always a huge deal and I absolutely loved it

I think but I didn't enter any. Unless the teacher made the whole class do something together.

Actually, I almost had to do the electric slide with my 3rd grade class. Somehow I got out of it, but I don't remember what happened.

Nope! We had yearly showcases instead which were like a presentation of kinda doing performing arts whether as a subject or for extra-cirricular

I think we had one once and I found it to be pretty boring.
I just wanted it to end.

the only one worth watching was the singing by this chick.

not really, we just had some students performing at the end of the school year ceremony, but it was always the same 5 girls wanted to show how talented they are and brag about how parents bought them a guitar at age 5 it was always the same songs too so if you went to my school you'd know damn well that you'd hear someone sing that riptide song and set fire to the rain by adele

Yes. In elementary school, I was planning on auditioning for it doing a magic show but somehow lost the materials for while I was already at the afterschool audition area. I don't remember how I lost them, if somebody stole them or what. But I was crying and distraught and helped out a teacher with filing or something before my mom arrived to pick me up
