Game–wise I prefer Pokémon, but I like the Digimon anime better.

I have never played the games, I loved both as a kid, but Pokémon was kind of special. As an adult, I´d say Digimon might have a better story.

Digimon, both the games and anime. Digimon just seems more genuine and i actually got emotionally invested.

I played Pokemon more, collected the cards, and saw the majority of the movies and original show.
I played one Digimon game way back when it was hot and watched the anime.

Overall, I'll say Pokemon. I do want to go back and watch Digimon, though, since I don't remember much about it. I think the anime had more character development than Pokemon from what I recall, though. Hmmmm.

But yeah, Pokemon.
