ah nice my family has a range of immune systems. my father barely ever gets sick(although he just got a cold lol), whereas my sister has gotten seriously sick like 3 times a year in the past. i'm on the good side of the middle, as most of my sicknesses are just colds from going out in the cold without much on.

I generally get sick about once a year but it lasts for about 3-4 weeks (2nd week is usually the worst). On a good year, I’ll get sick around 2-3 times and they’ll last for about a week or two. My immune system sucks. I have been taking so many vitamins lately just to boost it up.

If it's something like a cold, then it's quite frequent, especially during Autumn and Winter, the last time I was seriously sick though was about 6 years ago which involved vomiting
