I saw this on my cat lovers' group on FB, and a lot of people did find it funny, but there was one person who quite blatantly said it wasn't. But what do y'all think? Is she right or does she need to lighten up?

Kind of, I would hope they’re being responsible about giving their cat catnip but I can’t say for sure that they are being truly dangerous just based on this.
