To a degree, some things are beyond our control though and they’ve got no positive outcome or lesson to be learned or aid in growth at all.​

I generally keep the mindset of the Chinese proverb "Maybe so. Maybe not. We'll see." so I try and take everything with a grain of salt. Circumstances can be bad and highs can be high but the one thing that will never cheat is time, so that's what I always bet on

Not really If you mean a higher power type thing. But ig some things happen for some reason within society ofc (if you go to jail for murder, murder was the reason). But definitely not everything at all.

to a certain extent, sometimes things happen to you in life and you'll think to yourself everything happens for a reason and it applies because you'll have a reason/justification as to why it happened, but there are situations out of your control and you're not able to prevent it, some stuff in the world shouldn't happen but it does anyway, so I think the question really depends on context
