personally i really like mercari but i've also used ebay a couple of times. i'm currently trying out bunjang as well, wish me luck
i bought some from local kpop stores before too, but they don't often sell ones i'm interested in unfortunately :(

I used to when I was collecting all RV photocards. I mainly used depop but I suppose mercari is a good option these days
