I do actively seek out spoilers. I would pause a movies or shows just to google the spoiler.
Knowing the whole plot of a movie made it easier for me to enjoy it because I'm not worrying about what happened next, and I'm impatient.
It also stresses me out not knowing if a character is dead or alive. I get very emotionally invested with characters, so knowing when a character dies can prepare myself for it.
It doesn't ruin the experience for me. I still get excited watching Demon Slayer and Attack on Titan, even though I have already read the manga.
Recently I was watching Tokyo Revengers S2 and I went to Wikipedia and read every single synopsis of every episode.
