Do you celebrate name days in your country? like the Saints’ names

Yes. We usually just wish each other Happy Name Day and give out sweets or flowers, nothing too big :).

some people in my country do, but i personally don't. i used to when i was like 10 or 11 years old because i would get presents from my mom and grandmother but with time it just got worse. last year the only "present" i got on my name day was the news that the vocalist of my favourite band passed away so i'll just start avoiding that day i guess. i don't even celebrate my birthday so why would it be any different with my name day when i actually don't even like my name

I've never heard of a name day so I don't celebrate them. Maybe it's not as common in US? They sound cool though!
