Do you celebrate New Years? (1 Viewer)

[Ahsoka]

I know in some cultures it's big, but in others not so much. For us we do

[brekker]

No.
I am usually with my parents as I don´t want them to be lonely. My mother sleeps anyway and my father watches terrible tv estrades or Lord of the rings an I am online watching documentaries etc. then we wish each other happy new year and go to sleep :D

[OnlyCalB]

Not really. But I'm hoping for a much better year next year lol.

If people had known what 2020 was going to be like, no one would have celebrated the New Year.

[SHlNEE]

yes but not big or anything
i am going to stay at home since this is the first new year for my kitten
he is going to be scared with all the fireworks

Aww I hope it’s not too bad

[eclipsoul]

i spent the last new years (by that i mean the exact moment when it was midnight) crying to a 30 year old song so if you count that as a celebration then yes :wonugl: i never really celebrated it, but my favourite people on earth - my neighbours - are often so loud that they celebrate it on my behalf because i can hear them screaming in my room

[Lovely_Cornchips]

Sort of? New Years Eve is a bigger deal for me though personally.

[Myco]

Not really, I hate fireworks

[Michael]

Waiting till midnight. Fireworks. "Happy new year". which never gets true

[Jimimis]

More of a Chinese New Year kinda person

[uhgr8]

New Years is my little brothers birthday so I never get to do anything fun

[Yili]

No one in my family does so I just stay up to midnight and then go to sleep my one tradition is picking a different song for each year to be my first song of the year

I've had Megalovania, Crab Rave, and then G-Idle's Lion successively

I am half-Japanese, so every year my family would go all the way to Kyoto to have a big celebration with all my relatives. It just like a big old family reunion every years.
