The trick is to use different flavors of jelly, I guess... and go from smooth to crunchy peanut butter. Plus it's just easy for me to whip it up quickly at home.

Italian's my favorite sandwich -- salami, pepperoni, other meats. Then some type of cheese (I use provolone), then I also add lettuce, tomato, and mustard.
