Do you drink the recommended 2l a day? Water, soda, juice, tea, something else?

I usually drink water, but I struggle, I don't like it I have a bottle next to me and try to drink, but not because I am thirsty. So sometimes I have enough, sometimes I don't

I have tried bringing a water bottle around with me, but it was not fun to lug around. Carrying it with the rest of my stuff was too difficult.

I should be drinking more water. The only time I drink soda is when I go out to eat. I drink a lot of Starbucks and bubble tea.

Definitely not, I know it's a problem but I'm too lazy to fix it. Honestly I can go a full day without remembering to drink.

yes! it's one of the very few things that i actually do right. i love water and tea, i drink a lot of these everyday.

I probably don’t drink as much as I should, I usually only drink a cup of water a day, sometimes I will drink more especially at night but my normal amount is just around a cup.
