My experience wasn’t like yours

ig it has happened, but not frequently

it might be better to stick with online ordering. It’s easy to be precise online. Though, that won’t stop human error from screwing up completely.🧍

my friend used to work at a drive thru and she told me that like 80% of the time they don’t properly understand the costumer's order lol
Because it's either the costumer doesn’t speak properly into the speaker, they are listening to loud music or the signal is just weak

I guess I actually have, through a drive through covid testing thing. Food wise I just don’t eat fast food basically ever though

haha I ordered from a local brunch chain, and what did they give me? Biscuits and gravy, toast, and eggs, when all I ordered were blueberry pancakes. lol I would've eaten it anyway bc I LOVE biscuits and gravy, but I felt too bad for whoever had ordered that.

They did get it right Would have been awful if they messed it up though, I needed it to travel somewhere and without it I'm not sure I'd have been allowed to leave.

The only time I use drive-thru is at one Starbucks. If you don't use drive-thru, you're guaranteed obscene wait times. Other than that, I prefer to park and order at the counter.

*I should note that 99% of what I'm talking about refers to Starbucks stores*
