I used to until I saw one involving kidnapping babies out of desperation called "I'd Kill for a Baby". iirc most of the stories had happy endings, but MAN, I was at the edge of my SEAT! No more true crime for me... at least not at night and not involving babies. lol

yes, but it's also kinda expected. Humans by nature are curious , and a true crime story usually involves weird and unexpected crimes, and our brains usually wanna find a solution to it. Also some scientists say women tend to watch true crime more, since most victims of crimes are women or minorities, so do whatever you want with this info. But i consider it , that my unconscious prepares me in case i might into these situations
