I feel like I do it on ks more than in real life bc I never do it irl. I guess an example of doing aegyo here is just using a ton of the cute emojis like this:

It's not exactly uncommon for girls (even adult girls)to act cute and raise their voice to sound like a kid where I live, they specially act like that around their boyfriends. There is no word like "aegyo" for it though.
I don't do it that way, but I laugh and smile a lot and talk with a mellow voice slowly. Talking like a baby is a bit cringe but maybe I would do it if I have a bf someday
