I do at times as I think it can be helpful for growth especially if someone is capable of evaluating themselves fairly to address what they did right and what they should've done differently​

Sometimes. I’m proud of my accomplishments so far, but there’s some things that I would like to personally work on so that I can become a happier person.

Yeah I like to do it to see if there is some things I have improved or need to keep improving

Yeah I do, and I'm glad I do it. It helps me realize the some of the stuff I say or do that might be wrong. So I try not to do those things anymore. (If that makes sense?)

I used to do it quite often a few years ago, but now I tend to do it less. I got to the point where I realized a lot my self reflection periods were not needed, I only had them because I was made to believe what I did was wrong and should reflect on my actions and the person I was even when I did not do anything wrong and defended myself. I have grown a lot now and understand that a lot of those times it wasn't I who was the problem. But still from time to time I do.

Quite often, hence I know myself and limits quite well, hence its easier for me to get along with people despite being indifferent to most of them.
