I’ve been on my feet ALL day basically. And up since 6:30am which is not normal for me. But I was running on pure adrenaline. And now that I’ve laid down… wow I’m very sore

I have chronic pain and tbh it doesn't really hit me until I'm not doing anything. Unless it's REALLY bad.
