Do you ever wake up from a dream like it’s too real? (1 Viewer)

I have this recurring dream where I’m running from something or someone. I know it’s very common. It always feels insanely real when I wake up, plus my bed is in a corner against a wall so most of the time I wake up and end up slamming my face in the wall.
You know when you’re so scared, your stomach feels like it’s dropping, that’s how I feel coming out of the dream. ​
