Do you exercise at home? NYE resolution to get/stay fit?

I got some nice goals for this year and I hope to achieve them

Haha I’m not Well it tends to be more difficult in the beginning until you get used to go and make it a habit. Maybe home workouts since you don’t have to leave the house? There are home plans, quite motivational and easy to follow

My apartment complex have their own big gym, but sometime I just want to stay inside. So I do yoga and small workout. I would jump rope, but I don't want to disturb my neighbor down stair. I am also a dancer, so I teach dance for a living, so I get a lot of workout on a daily basis.

I do like taking my doggo on walks and to the park...once every 6 months.

Well yeah it does. Somehow. It burns a few calories and it’s important too
