Such as hiking or other physical activities. If so, just know that’s group of old people (the leader was 81 years old) dug a tunnel from east to west Germany to escape. Not only that but they made theirs unusually high, which meant more work.

Not yet. I should do more hiking cause i noticed i lack in durability.
But i wanna be fit and be able to take a walk or go hiking at 80 too.

That's impressive of them, but i believe the will to survive gave them a power boost too
