Do you follow recipes exactly or do you change things around? (1 Viewer)

For me it depends on whether I have the ingredients, if I do I follow it more or less exactly, if I’m missing ingredients I switch things around.

If I’m making it for the very first time, I do it exactly as it says. But afterwards I make alterations
