@naevis @Violanah I'm so sorry you get more nightmares... but I can relate. When I was little, nightmares took up most of my night; they were so bad and so frequent that I had to take a pill for it.

I’m sorry to hear you went through that. I’m glad that you don’t get them as often now. They think mine is related to GERD. I get bad heart burn and acid reflux at night. They think that’s what causes mine.
