Used to put on 24 kitchen sometimes for short amount of time
But don't like most of them

Rather watch catfish or dr Phil or Wendy

If you mean literal cooking shows, where the chef shows you how to make different recipes, then yes! I watched one with a chef named Justin Wilson (don't remember the name of it - at the time I always called shows by the main character lol), and I've also watched 30 Minute Meals with Rachael Ray. She's my favorite, and I even got a set of her brand's bakeware for Christmas!
