No one's ever said anything about my accent, but it's a mix of a standard and Southern U.S. accent, so I wouldn't say so.
I have, however, been told my voice is "soothing", "sultry", and "sexy" on multiple occasions, so I guess that's something

Generally speaking, it's not considered cute. Mine only comes out when I sing, which is fine except when I'm singing a song that isn't in English.
