I like samoas, but I like things that are inspired by samoas more than the cookie itself. There's a local place that does a nice samoa cinnamon roll.

It's ubiquitous here!! They even camp outside my gym, which seems like an odd target market, but what do I know.

Ah, I remember doing that as a kid. Kind of insane now to think about how I asked my neighbors to buy overpriced wrapping paper so my school had funds. It's funny what things are common across countries!

why? that's a brilliant idea - get people to eat highly carbed and sugared products so they either feel guilty and gym more!!!! (or vice versa - once you're done gyming you get yourself a treat)

I bet it does work. An old gym I went to had installed a frozen yogurt machine, which always seems like... Not that in line with the average gym goer's goal. But there's sometimes a difference between what people say they want and what they actually want.

Yes! I think I sold cookie dough one year too, but the wrapping paper was more common. The school would send us around in November, capitalize on pre-christmas laziness for doing your own restock lol. I bet snacks are more common these days, which how easy it is to Amazon most things.

I think some people go to the gym not just to exercise but to show they exercised - it could be a psychological thing

and the worst part of it is that you would receive prizes as a kid for the more you sell which as kids made you want to sell more to family and friends lol
