Do any of you guys have a fear when being at home alone? I have this issue like i am too scared to go to the kitchen or bathroom when its at night. I am fine when there are other people in the house but when i'm alone my anxiety level prevents me from taking that leap to go where i want in the house. Its just weird this is happening to me, i asked around and none of my friends have this.

Could you not use the torch on your phone? It sounds like your having some OCD issues to be honest.

The phone torch is not bright enough for me, my entire being is like on a fight or flight mode, i will feel like something is there to get me, i just don't know why its happening when i am alone. I can't think of any trauma i had in the past which would have caused this.

How are you feeling day to day? Are you more stressed out than usual? Maybe you should start keeping a journal to help you figure out what's triggering it...

I think i am fine in terms of stress level, just bored really with daily routines, yeah maybe i should keep a journal.

If I didn't have any pets then all the lights in the house would be on. I do get freaked out if I hear a sound out of nowhere while I'm lying in bed, just about to go to sleep. But I do like having my own independence and space sometimes.

I wish i could keep pets but im allergic to anything with fur, my nose will leak like no tomorrow.

Even if they're hypoallergenic? Or you could get something that's hairless like a Sphynx and put it in a striped sweater.

Aww, I'm glad that you find them cute. Most people consider them to be ugly, but I beg to differ.
